A little treat

What a day. Quite busy and tiring. I managed to go into my local town finally to try and hunt down flax seed tea. I couldn't find any, despite the health shop having about 100 different 'alternatives'. Apparently you are supposed to make it yourself using the seeds.....I'm not sure I am that desperate for it! I bought a lemon and apricot flap jack though which was scrumptious!

I was invited out to see friends tonight, we don't meet up often and I'm a bit gutted I don't feel up to it...just in the mood for a bit of good conversation, not to worry...there will be other times :-)
