Swim

Emily and I worked hard this am .
Early evening we went for a swim in the sea, It was lovely and warm and I stayed in for over an hour and Emily for even longer. Consequently I am nicely exhausted
In furthur news Lance R Boyd was in Pick Pockets on Channel4 last night. He was the bewildered ( deserves oscar for performance) victim covered in cocaine ( hmm )The 'extra' didn't turn up in the documentary he was helping with.
