A Day Worth Recording

I've taken a lot of photos today - mostly like this one; logging what's getting planted where.  Having bought around 120 plants from the shutting-down nursery we had quite enough to get on with planting but we passed a Plant Sale in Colwall today and found lots of railway-suitable and shade-suitable plants, both of which we were looking for and bought, um, a few.

Well, they were only small and we do have an acre or so to fill...

We'd gone to Colwall to see some more h.Art. One artist / illustrator in particular caught our eye and we'll be talking to her again.

Arrgh, someone moved the carefully sorted array of not-quite-identical but not-all-labelled holly plants. Ah well, a new meaning to Pot Luck when it comes to planting them.

There's a pleasing (and indeed, pleasingly organised) spread of K'nex around the function room floor; and a happy spread of guests around the house generally.
