Seasonal

It is officially spring here and a sure sign is the blossoming of the tee-trees and the shedding of feathers of the birds common to our area. Birds most as a result of hormonal and seasonal changes. I think these are the feathers from the undercarriage of a galah or Pink Breasted Cockatoo. "galah" is such an Australian word and used jokingly to refer to people - "silly galah", "he/she's a bit of a galah", etc. Th extra is the same shot in all its glorious colour. I wasn't sure if it lent itself to mono, but thought I would try it.
