Another visitor to the back porch

I may be incorrect. I frequently am incorrect according to my dear long-suffering wife. Nonetheless, I believe the visitor in the attached photograph is a White Breasted Nuthatch. The breed is a bit rare here in Southeast Tennessee, but if I believe it's true, then it's true! Isn't that correct?
