Finding some inner peace

Film: 35mm Fujicolour C200 (ISO 200) 

After several weeks of feeling my anxiety levels rising and rising, feeling my mood dropping lower and lower, and then getting to the point where I was unable to get on a train or go to work, I felt that enough was enough. I've been there before and don't want to go there again.  Went to the doc's and she signed me off for a week. Felt both relieved and crappy afterwards so I got off the bus at St.Ives and had a walk in the woods. It was very green and peaceful.
