Lord Winston of Hammersmith

This evening I was the guest of my god-daughter at a private (of sorts) wine reception at her school for Lord Winston of Hammersmith, followed by a public lecture, and then post-event drinks. My blip is of Lord Winston on stage, speaking about brain capacity.

I spent much of the day criss-crossing town for various meetings, including one at George Square. This has resulted in an impressive step count for today.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights, stretches and lots of walking (21,474 steps).
