National Entitlement Card

Delivered a whole load of Digital Photography mags to Penny, and caught up with all her art course news and had a peek at her work  -  very impressive.  A great afternoon, and when I got home found this in my letterbox  -  my new Bus Pass. It's now been given the grand new title - National Entitlement Card - and it's for life - you don't have to renew it every three years as before. Saves the Scottish government admin costs, of course, says she cynically lol!
