Christminster

Back in this strange city with which I have always had a love-hate relationship.... loved its history and learning and, hated its privilege and restrictions. Intrigued by the air of unreality, inspired by the architecture, in love with the museums and the river. Today I am dismayed by its lack of warmth - finding it hard to make eye contact with anybody...

Maybe tomorrow it will be different.
