Another good(ish) day...........not as good as yesterday...........but much better than Thursday............no pain........until the headache kicked in an hour ago............probably due to lack of fluids.............mobility pretty good..

Visits from the offspring............good food............and United won!

The only down side was that the kettle died..............so I  bought this........nice colour.
