Ready to party!

Yesterday friends came to see us for the weekend: we met S and A in Crete when we holidayed there in in 2013.  Last year we met up with them in Crete again and we have made a good friendship.  Last night we enjoyed an Italian meal and today we  drove  out into the Essex countryside for a pub lunch before they set off for home.
We've had a lovely weekend, although photos have been a bit thin on the ground.  Violet and her Mummy popped in before lunch to say 'Hi', en route to a fancy dress party so this is my blip today.
