Yet more flowers!

After an early night, I'm feeling a bit brighter today, helped by a visit from my friend Pat, who called in with a generous slice of Bakewell Tart - she and her younger daughter are recreating the Bake Off Signature Bake every weekend, and she knows that I adore Bakewell Tart! With a nod to the healthy eating regime, I only had a third of it (but I can hear the rest of it calling to me!)

I took a slow walk into town this afternoon (to visit the hygenist, postponed from last week) but caught the bus back up the hill. I'm going to have to be more sensible..
