Taking it all in....

Thursday being my only day free of a lunch duty, I left early and Sandy and I went up to the V& A museum with tickets for the Undressed exhibition on the history of underwear. Very enlightening! 

Then time for a stop on the first landing to admire the view....and the grandeur of this building. I love it. My extra shows some of what we could see from here.

Before the exhibition we enjoyed lunch in the restaurant and had the thrill of listening to live music played by a pianist on the grand piano. 

No walk this evening. I'd done plenty already today. Sandy cooked again! A delicious carbonara with tagliatelle!
