A host of golden.....tulips

I love tulips - but in this climate they generally last a week to 10 days before the heat finishes them off.

This year it's been so cold they have lasted for ages, almost a month, and I have so many of them.  They have multiplied - which is a super bonus.  I reckon they've been in the ground for about 4 years now.

I must be doing something right - so I think I'll plant a few more when planting time comes.

Bad storms forecast for the next couple of days - lots of rain and high winds.

It's hatch battening time again.
