Ladybug and wasp

For my final day in Albuquerque we went for a lovely brunch at Greenside Cafe at Cedar Crest.  There was this bunch of Maximilian sunflowers in the car park.  I saw the lady bug, but what I thought was an ant turned out to be a parasitic wasp.

I have no expertise with American bugs at all, so can't possibly do any ID.
