Nostalgic

I joined D#1 at the late ex-Laird's house this afternoon to give some attic-clearing help: boxes of books and school projects and university notes and toys and and and... You get the picture, I'm sure.

One of the boxes contained all our old vinyl records, from pre-marriage days right up to when cassette tapes became the norm - an eclectic mix including pop, folk, instrumental, classical and everything in-between. I put the ones whose covers were tatty into the bin, but the rest are going to the Oxfam music shop.

The blip shows a few of my personal favourites. The Beach Boys one was the very first LP I bought, I was a great Seekers fan, and cuddly Dudley Moore was my pin-up as a teenager! Don't laugh!
