Harvest Time

This afternoon I picked all the apples on the dwarf tree that yielded the whopper a few days ago. The total crop, not including all the windfalls, was over 50lb/22kg. I'm not sure how to deal with this bounty -- I'm hoping the food bank will take some, and I'll try to find time for making applesauce. There's also some room in the bottom of the beer fridge. This year I hope we don't forget they're there!
