A taste of the future

On the first days of ICE 2016 here (International Congress of Entomology) we all got a taste of the future at the 'Insects as feed & food' symposium. My two worlds colliding (DenkTank & science), when the message once more became clear that in order to be able to keep feeding the world population in the future, we will need to move away from animal products and start seriously considering insects as a protein source. Here's a tasting of cricket-chocolate protein bars - to have us entomologists eat what we study.
