This is what the largest conference of entomologists since the beginning of the discipline looks like! 6400+ people, 5300+ scientific presentations! Don't you think we look a bit like an ant colony ourselves? It's overwhelming but it is also heart warming to see so many people with a love for insects brought together. Today I presented my work in a full house, and one of the best symposia ever, a feast of natural history: Biology and Evolution of Social Insect Symbionts.
