The Impressionist - Backblip

We spent a lovely morning in the medieval village of Monpazier, had lunch in the beautiful square and a long mooch round the wonderful winding cobbled streets and gorgeous shops.  Even Mr T enjoyed the shopping - well window only!!
Whilst we were having lunch a fascinating looking gentleman parked himself right behind us, set up his easel and got his paintbrushes out with a flourish and commenced sketching the square from his angle on an enormous piece of artist's paper which he retrieved from an enormous portfolio case.  Once we had left our lunch venue I couldn't resist nipping to the other end of the square to share a photo of the ' Fascinating Gentleman' with you!

I wonder if he's famous??
