Ruff

I'm exhausted, it's been a busy week and we're only halfway through.

Thinking I'd got some time for cooking this evening, and with the incentive that we would all be eating together I set out to make an effort and do a Jamie Oliver lasagne.  I ended up buying ingredients from three different shops, in between meetings and work...

The whole thing has been a bit of a palava and took more than three hours to produce so I won't be doing that again in a hurry.  Nevertheless the children were appreciative and Laura was here so we had a lovely catch up meal together.

Thank goodness for Martin, I couldn't bear to spend this much time in the kitchen every night.
