The Blessing of the Animals

It was the service at Christchurch Cathedral for the Blessing of the Animals.  Yes, Hymns included "All Creatures Great and Small" and "The Lord is my Shephard"  I half expected Dawn French to appear.  This is the small contingent of our Delta Dogs who attended.  We were made very welcome by the Dean.  No donkeys or roosters there this year, mainly dogs.  The first extra is of an rather touching interaction and the second is of the transept and choir showing that gorgeous Altar Cloth.
