The New One

You've seen this before but it wasn't complete. Well now it is. The artist's work represented is Josef Albers (March 19, 1888 - March 25, 1976) a German-born American. It is sponsored by the Bang & Olufsen in Winchester and it is right outside their door.

One of the shop assistants was standing outside the shop while I was taking this and he tells me that the two bollards across the road are due to be painted too - that will make the total to 19.
