Eye catching ....

We went out exploring Craiglockhart Hill this afternoon with its two tops - Easter (which I'd been up once before) and Wester (which I'd never been up). We were rewarded with stunning views - you could see the other six hills of Edinburgh from Wester, much of Edinburgh,  and along the Forth including Berwick Law and the Lomonds on the other side.

However my camera shots didn't do the view justice (but you get a sense in my extra photo) so in the end I opted for the close up of a tree which caught my eye as we were leaving the hill
