Overdue

Two lads in the garden today tackling our many hedges. Normous works hard at keeping them in shape but with everything growing so fast this year, they have got out of hand. Now our boundaries and hedges are getting a short back and sides and they should look good for a few months at least.
It is the most beautiful day here today and were the garden not full of the scream of hedge cutters I would be out there working on my rosebed. There should still be some time after they have gone and the forecast is good for the week, so maybe I too will make an impression.
