Dahlia Bud

I popped down to the allotment today with the intention of taking a photo for Tiny Tuesday of a Green Shield Bug that I had seen several times on the raspberry leaves.  Today they were not in sight so it ended up being one of a tiny Dahlia bud which has yet to open.

Otherwise a pretty windy but dry day with no work on the allotment as I am still resting my elbow, just picking the odd courgette or raspberry.
