It was one of those cool Fall mornings that become warm Fall days, and that result in half the people in long sleeves and long pants and the other half in short sleeves and shorts. Do you dress for the conditions that exist when you leave the house, or the ones that are going to exist by noon? This woman was of the shorts persuasion.
