Lime sticking plaster

Gáspár arrived at Lanark from Budapest. I got him back to the office and we planned out our workshop for Thursday.

After lunch I took an hour out to mix up some lime plaster to fix the damage done by the barn folk when they broke in last week. I don't have much confidence that the gaffer tape will keep the plastic in place - and I'm not around to spray the plaster daily either.

Into Edinburgh for the Lean Agile Scotland speaker's dinner at the Doric. Lots of old friends & new. Then back to Salisbury Green and to bed.

Poor Angus - his birthday today & we did nothing to celebrate.
