Reflecting

His Lordship and I, with an unconscionable number of years of bus pass ownership, like to have a walk in the morning with the goal of a coffee stop at the end. There are enough coffee shops in a 3 mile radius of the Dower House to able us to visit a different one every day for 6 months should we so wish.
Of course we do have our favourites based on the ability to people watch or read the papers. This morning we struck out to unfamiliar coffee territory by visiting the lounge in the salubrious Sheraton Hotel whose portals we have not graced since using their gym two decades ago.

It was very civilised to sit in upholstered chairs without the need to jostle with the hoi polloi and reflect on life in general and Donald Trump in particular.

Now we are home and time to get to work on the daily self imposed chore of nailing the daily Blip, the daily drawings and stuffing the head of a knitted rabbit.
Did I just hear someone mutter 'how about your dirty windows?'
