This morning when I headed outside it was 60º (15.5º) and I stayed out all day.  It got to a high of 69º (20.5º).  It was glorious!

The Lumber River, Cape Fear River, Black River & Neuse River continue to rise.  More and more people are being evacuated.  Today it was those in the Black River Basin.

There are people in the Wilmington area who are short tempered/angry because they still don't have their power restored.  Some may not have their power back before Monday.  That is much better than the Lumberton area.  When those folk will get their services back is anyone's guess.

If you have seen pictures or news reports, you still have no idea.  They just don't convey the sorrow and despair of the people.  It is heart wrenching to see it firsthand.
