Laden barge

Another frosty morning this morning, but then sunshine all day. I finally managed to get myself to the pool at lunchtime - I've been telling myself for the last ten days or so I need to go, but motivation has seemed to be lacking! I don't know why it's sometimes so difficult to get myself to go, since I almost always enjoy it once I'm there! Late afternoon I went out for a walk by the river, partly to get a blip, partly to get some steps in and just enjoy the sunshine and the changing colours.
