Mayflower II

The last day of our holiday; we fly home this evening.  We left the lovely Liberty Hill Inn in Yarmouth Port after breakfast and drove along the back roads to Plymouth where we had a walk along the seafront and looked at the Plymouth Rock and this replica of the Mayflower, the original of which brought over pilgrims from England in 1620.  This replica was built in the 1950's and sailed across the Atlantic and is now a museum in Plymouth Harbour.

We then carried on to the airport at Boston for the flight home.  It's unlikely I'll get a chance to upload this at the airport so the chances are it will be done as a back-blip once we are home.  We have thoroughly enjoyed our trip and we wouldn't change any part of it but after nearly three weeks I think we are both ready for home!
