Back to Seattle

Lots of rain on the way home after breakfast (H had oatmeal for his birthday breakfast! I had a brie, onion and spinach omelet)) and we just missed one ferry, but didn't mind being first in line waiting for the next.  It was windy….I was behind a sort of shelter to take photos of others out there without getting blown over.   but ….it’s not THAT windy here,  and the sun shone after we arrived home mid afternoon.   We’ll see if what happens in the next day is worth all the hype.  A waterspout, turned tornado on land did hit the Oregon beach where we just were, and also Astoria had some good winds.  I certainly hope no boats were trying to cross the bar into the Columbia.  
I can never resist this view of Seattle coming home on the ferry from the Olympic Peninsula.  the sea looks a bit calmer than it was..The fellow in the middle is like me—has camera AND phone.   (sometimes I like the phone better, but this is my sony) 

We had a really fun road trip —now happy to be home even with all the photos to sort and delete! later....and I can catch up with you all and your blips!
