Had a telephone appointment with Bradford IAPT first thing about a self-referral I'd made. Felt very nervous and on edge as I don't like speaking on the phone and knew it was going to be a long and difficult call. Felt utter relief afterwards and took myself off to Myrtle Park for a coffee and to rest my mind for a bit.
