Today was to be Swannie's first day back at work after having the school week off. Earlston Rugby Club were playing in Edinburgh, but unfortunately, the game was called off this morning, so she got another day off. Now, this will make a big difference to next week's wages so lets hope that she will still have enough money to feed us all!

This evening, she headed round to Gunknowe Loch in the hope of a dramatic sunset but it really wasn't much good. This is about the only decent shot. It's one of the young swans with the last light of the sun reflecting on the water around him/her.
