Ankle weights

I've only taken this photo today. I've not been out and I've felt rubbish all day. Catarrh and achy so I've made sure I've rested so hopefully it will go quickly. I've been using the ankle weights and my hip does feel better. Am hoping I feel better tomorrow so I can go to Manchester for the athletes procession but am feeling that I shouldn't be standing around in the cold. Hot toddys later to kill or cure!!!!!
