ABSTRACT CAT

In Beverungen some days ago we sat on a bench next to a Kneipp Anlage.
That is a basin filled with water (even in autumn (and winter?) as we saw) and the purpose is to go barefeet in it and paddle briskly in it. A hydrotherapy invented by pastor Sebastian Kneipp, a bavarian priest who lived from 1821 till 1897.
Not only in our surroundings but all over Germany one  can find  installations.
The lines of the reflections of the safety rods I liked a lot and took photos of them. The theme for this Abstract Thursday Challenge I learned was pets and I cut two whiskers and pasted these on the photo on my screen
and took a photo.
Huge thanks to youoregon1 for hosting this fabulous challenge.
So sad to read that he considers, due to lack of time, to stop hosting, but as the enthusiasm of so many is obvious, we will continue in one way or another this challenge.

Piet Hein and I both let cut our hair, and in the afternoon went for a walk along the Weser river. The weather dark and sombre, but it was nice to bu outside nevertheless.
