One step at a time...

When life feels like a whirlwind, technology comes crashing down around me and loved ones are having a tough time, I find the best approach is to take one step at a time.

I focus my energy on the people I care about and who care about me and try to move on from those that don't. Easier said than done! And when all else fails I just breathe, take a step outside and smile. There are always hopes and dreams (as well as coffee, red wine and chocolate).

This is my mantra to myself at a chaotic time. But feel free to use it for your own therapy!
