Louise - Changing Natures

An embarrassment of Blip riches...

Just too many great things happening today with the team, so really difficult to choose just one photo!

As well as presenting at a conference today demonstrating our work on Participatory Budgeting, we were supporting our team of young volunteers who have been working with Police Scotland on their new children and young people's strategic approach. The launch was held at Tulliallan, with the Chief Constable and the Minister in attendance. I was so incredibly proud of all the hard work they have put in coming to fruition.

On the other side of the country, another awesome group of young volunteers we support with Creative Scotland were staging their own youth arts conference - or should I say "Unconference". The Time To Shine Youth Arts Voice Scotland panel have been a total inspiration from day one  and the event was a massive success. Check out the hashtag #TTSUncon  to get a flavour of the energy of the day.

We rounded off our very own Super Thursday with a win at The Herald Digital Business Awards for our partnership with The Scottish Government and the Leith Agency on the #BadRomance campaign - tackling issues around grooming and CSE using Snapchat. We were also finalists in the public sector category, for our work with Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS, the Mental Health Foundation in Scotland and Snook exploring issues around mental health for young people and digital tools #AyeMind.

Great young people. Great team. Great partnerships. Great impact. All adds up to a very proud CEO.
