Chevy convertible

I met up with Keith and Joanne in Stable 12 - a microbrewery in Phoenixville. The beers are good. Outside they're running a pub quiz - it's still warm & humid, with no sign of the predicted thunderstorm.

We head down Bridge Street for food and have excellent burgers at PJ Ryan's. The window are wide open, and the meal is punctuated regularly by Keith hailing acquaintances passing by on the street.

We grab a chai latte over the street for dessert and jump into Keith's dad's Chevrolet convertible. There's no way he should be driving, but we get back to his house without incident.

Beer, burgers, sugary beverages, convertible cars. Is this the American dream?
