Shed with a view

We were invited to my cousin's boss's party today. He holds one every year for his staff and as we were in town he very generously invited us along. He lived in a great house but what I loved most of all was the view from the front, looking out on the Bass River in Massachusetts. He's built a little shed with chairs outside, a music system inside etc. What would you give for a view like that?
