Good hair day

Tricia's response to losing her tooth was to book in for a hair cut and here you see the results. I think I was suitably positive....
Just getting back from the beach, I got as text about a White-throated Sparrow just found in Lochmaddy. An American bird, whilst it is a pretty dull  bird but rare, off I scooted to spend two hours in the gloom of an extensive garden, talking with four of five local birders and seeing very little. I dare say it will stay to be seen another day.
