Dinner for Two

As Mr MD planned to do some printing today for the local History Society, I began preparations last night to make this year's Christmas Cakes.  As everyone knows, it can take up most of the day but I really enjoyed myself and must admit to having wonderful aromas around the house.   I then followed up with a Chicken and Chorizo Casserole for dinner - served with garlic bread.
