Season of mists ......

Well we haven't had much in the way of mists but there is a lot of mellow fruitfulness around.  I wandered up to the bins with the rubbish and this Hawthorn caught my eye.  Covered in Haws it seemed the epitome of autumn.

On the decking front most of the work today has been virtually rebuilding the framework of the steps.  Then the decking was added..  Tomorrow we need to add a few boards which have been reduced in width to finish the steps and then the final trim.

Things are looking good but the clear up may take as long as the work has!
