Shining pool

This wonderful black pool is beside a relatively new path up the side of the Bishop's Glen. Yesterday a warm wind was blowing and we were in an area of bright, hot sun while all around were grey clouds piled up on all sides.

Now the rain has come, the pool will probably have reverted to a pitted blackness...
