Duck Friends

I went for a pre-breakfast walk – knowing it would be my last of the week.  Granny and grandad left to head home mid-morning.  BB and I then headed down to the beach for a  some rock pooling and stone skimming, before walking around the coastal path to the play park.  We eventually came home via the shops where we purchased some lunch.

After lunch we drove to Craigtoun Park, which is outside St Andrews.  While it was another lovely day, it was much cooler and I wished I had brought gloves.  BB had great fun in the playpark, on the trampolines, a couple of rounds of crazy golf and then lots of time on the children’s and then the adult’s trim trails.  Late in the afternoon we decided to call it a day, as it was getting really cold, and we were amongst the last people in the park.  We then headed to St Andrew’s and parked by the west sands and had a brisk walk to kill some time before we picked TT up from Leuchars Station.

BB was delighted to see TT again and insisted that we all have fish and chips for tea – because daddy hasn’t had any yet!  In the end only BB had fish and chips, but TT and I did steal a couple of his chips.

Here are  a couple of ducks at Craigtoun Park.
