Back at "The Glad"

A week ago they were painting and decorating. Today, the glasses are washed and the pint pulling is being tested.

What a difference. Almost ready to go at The Glad Cafe, 1006a Pollokshaws Road, Shawlands, Glasgow. Starting off with a gig on Friday night, and then open for breakfast/lunch/coffee/tea/cake/beer/cider (I could go on) from Saturday onwards.

As I will probably not have the chance to get behind the bar again, I went for the blurry glass effect.

I'll be back again next week, to sample the goodies on offer.
