Road Maintenance

Dark, drizzly weather, but it didn't stop work here. Our usually very quiet little village has been loudly invaded today by drillers, traffic lights and all the other paraphernalia that goes with road maintenance.  The road under the railway bridge at the south end of the village has a dip in it that often causes flooding, and so the drainage system is undergoing a bit of maintenance.  Heavy rains forecasted?  Nothing new there lol!
