... a spanner, drill, saw, metal cutters, rock breaker, cement mixer and ladder and she will build you a patio (extra) and decking (still to come).

AND she will keep a tidy worksite (extra)
AND keep you informed every step of the way
AND work around problems of an old site with even older trees
AND be open to ideas and suggestions
AND love an organic build as this is with all sorts of ideas for  funky stuff extras.

AND all without sighing, harrumping and many a 'smok-o'!
