River Barle

Our second day on Exmoor was mostly spent exploring locations on the River Barle stopping off first at the famous Tarr steps ford shown in the extras.
After a coffee stop we walked down a steep path to the river upstream of Tarr steps and spent time photographing the wonderful colours and waterfalls. The perfect place for our picnic lunch.
As we climbed back to the mini bus we stopped to picture some trees at the side of the track which were glowing in the setting sun.(shown in the extras)  A wonderful Indian Summer day spent in stunning surroundings with a great group of friends.
